How to delete multiple mails on gmail from one sender
To delete multiple emails from one sender in Gmail, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the "Select all" checkbox
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the "Inbox" tab to view your emails.
- Search for emails from the sender you want to delete by typing their email address in the search bar and pressing Enter.
- Check the box next to the first email from that sender.
- Hold down the Shift key and click on the last email from that sender to select all emails from that sender.
- Click on the "Bulk actions" dropdown menu at the top of the page and select "Delete".
- Confirm that you want to delete the selected emails.
Method 2: Using the "Select all conversations" checkbox
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the "Inbox" tab to view your emails.
- Search for emails from the sender you want to delete by typing their email address in the search bar and pressing Enter.
- Check the box next to the first email from that sender.
- Click on the "Select all conversations" checkbox at the top of the page.
- This will select all emails from that sender, including any conversations or threads.
- Click on the "Bulk actions" dropdown menu at the top of the page and select "Delete".
- Confirm that you want to delete the selected emails.
Method 3: Using the "Filter" feature
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the "Inbox" tab to view your emails.
- Search for emails from the sender you want to delete by typing their email address in the search bar and pressing Enter.
- Click on the "Create a new filter" button at the top of the page.
- In the "From" field, enter the email address of the sender you want to delete.
- Click on the "Create" button.
