How to delete name from email list in window mail

To delete a name from an email list in Windows Mail, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open Windows Mail and click on the "Contacts" tab.
  2. Find the contact you want to delete from the list and right-click on their name.
  3. Select "Delete" from the context menu.
  4. Confirm that you want to delete the contact by clicking "Yes" in the pop-up dialog box.

Alternatively, you can also delete a contact from the "Contacts" list by selecting their name and then clicking the "Delete" button at the top of the window.

Note: If you want to delete multiple contacts at once, you can select them by holding down the Ctrl key while clicking on each contact's name. Then, right-click on one of the selected contacts and select "Delete" to delete all of them.

Also, you can use the "Edit" menu and select "Delete" to delete a contact from the list.

It's worth noting that deleting a contact from the Windows Mail contacts list will not delete their email address or any other information associated with it. If you want to completely remove a contact's information, you may need to use a third-party email client or contact management software.
