How to delete outlook outbox mail

To delete an email from the Outbox in Outlook, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Delete individual email

  1. Open Outlook and go to the Outbox folder.
  2. Select the email you want to delete by clicking on it.
  3. Press the "Delete" key on your keyboard or right-click on the email and select "Delete" from the context menu.
  4. Confirm that you want to delete the email by clicking "OK" in the pop-up dialog box.

Method 2: Delete multiple emails

  1. Open Outlook and go to the Outbox folder.
  2. Select the first email you want to delete by clicking on it.
  3. Hold down the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard and select the other emails you want to delete.
  4. Right-click on one of the selected emails and select "Delete" from the context menu.
  5. Confirm that you want to delete the emails by clicking "OK" in the pop-up dialog box.

Method 3: Delete all emails in the Outbox

  1. Open Outlook and go to the Outbox folder.
  2. Click on the "Edit" menu and select "Select All" (or press "Ctrl+A" on your keyboard).
  3. Right-click on one of the selected emails and select "Delete" from the context menu.

Note: If you have unsent emails in your Outbox, deleting them will permanently remove them from your account. Make sure you only delete emails you intend to delete.
