How to delete sent mail from receiver's inbox in gmail

Unfortunately, it's not possible to directly delete sent emails from the receiver's inbox in Gmail. The receiver has control over their own inbox and can choose to delete, archive, or keep the email as they see fit.

However, there are a few workarounds you can try:

  1. Request the receiver to delete the email: You can send a follow-up email to the receiver and politely ask them to delete the email from their inbox. This is the most straightforward approach.
  2. Use the "Unsubscribe" feature: If the receiver has marked the email as spam or has reported it as unwanted, you can use the "Unsubscribe" feature to remove the email from their inbox. To do this, go to the email, click on the three vertical dots at the top right corner, and select "Unsubscribe" from the dropdown menu.
  3. Use a third-party email management tool: There are several third-party email management tools available that allow you to manage emails across multiple accounts, including deleting emails from the receiver's inbox. Some popular options include Sanebox, Boomerang, and SaneBlackHole.
  4. Use a custom script: If you're comfortable with coding, you can use a custom script to automate the process of deleting emails from the receiver's inbox. For example, you can use Google Apps Script to create a script that deletes emails from a specific sender or subject.

Please note that these workarounds may not be effective in all cases, and it's always best to respect the receiver's control over their own inbox.
