Method 1: Delete Sent Items from the Sent Items Folder

- Select the sent email message(s) you want to delete by checking the box next to each message.
- Right-click on the selected message(s) and choose "Delete" from the context menu.
- Click "Yes" to confirm that you want to delete the message(s).
Method 2: Delete Sent Items from the Inbox
- Open Outlook 2016 and navigate to your "Inbox".
