How to delete the sent mail in office 365

To delete a sent email in Office 365, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Using the Outlook Web App

  1. Log in to your Office 365 account and go to the Outlook Web App.
  2. Click on the "Sent" folder in the navigation pane.
  3. Find the email you want to delete and hover over it.
  4. Click on the three vertical dots that appear to the right of the email.
  5. Select "Delete" from the dropdown menu.

Method 2: Using the Outlook Desktop App

  1. Open the Outlook desktop app on your computer.
  2. Click on the "Sent Items" folder in the navigation pane.
  3. Find the email you want to delete and right-click on it.
