How to delete the sent mail in office 365
To delete a sent email in Office 365, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the Outlook Web App
- Log in to your Office 365 account and go to the Outlook Web App.
- Click on the "Sent" folder in the navigation pane.
- Find the email you want to delete and hover over it.
- Click on the three vertical dots that appear to the right of the email.
- Select "Delete" from the dropdown menu.
Method 2: Using the Outlook Desktop App
- Open the Outlook desktop app on your computer.
- Click on the "Sent Items" folder in the navigation pane.
- Find the email you want to delete and right-click on it.
- Select "Delete" from the context menu.
Method 3: Using the Outlook Mobile App
- Open the Outlook mobile app on your device.
- Tap on the "Sent" folder.
- Find the email you want to delete and swipe left on it.
- Tap on the "Delete" button that appears.
Note: When you delete a sent email, it will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Make sure you're deleting the correct email before proceeding.
Additional Tip: If you want to delete multiple sent emails at once, you can select them by checking the boxes next to each email, then right-click on one of the selected emails and select "Delete".
