How to delete the sent mail in outlook
To delete a sent email in Outlook, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Delete Sent Email from Inbox
- Open Outlook and go to your Inbox.
- Find the sent email you want to delete and select it.
- Right-click on the selected email and choose "Delete" from the context menu.
- Confirm that you want to delete the email by clicking "OK" in the pop-up dialog box.
Method 2: Delete Sent Email from Sent Items Folder
- Open Outlook and go to the "Sent Items" folder, which is usually located in the "Folder" list on the left side of the screen.
- Find the sent email you want to delete and select it.
- Right-click on the selected email and choose "Delete" from the context menu.
- Confirm that you want to delete the email by clicking "OK" in the pop-up dialog box.
Method 3: Use the "Shift" Key to Select and Delete Multiple Sent Emails
- Open Outlook and go to the "Sent Items" folder.
- Select the first sent email you want to delete by clicking on it.
- Hold down the "Shift" key and select the last sent email you want to delete.
- Right-click on one of the selected emails and choose "Delete" from the context menu.
