How to delete the sent mail in outlook

To delete a sent email in Outlook, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Delete Sent Email from Inbox

  1. Open Outlook and go to your Inbox.
  2. Find the sent email you want to delete and select it.
  3. Right-click on the selected email and choose "Delete" from the context menu.
  4. Confirm that you want to delete the email by clicking "OK" in the pop-up dialog box.

Method 2: Delete Sent Email from Sent Items Folder

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "Sent Items" folder, which is usually located in the "Folder" list on the left side of the screen.
  2. Find the sent email you want to delete and select it.
  3. Right-click on the selected email and choose "Delete" from the context menu.
