How to delete transsion mail in outlook

To delete transition emails in Outlook, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Using the "Clean Up" feature

  1. Open Outlook and go to the folder that contains the transition emails (e.g., Inbox, Sent Items, etc.).
  2. Select the transition emails you want to delete by holding down the Ctrl key and clicking on each email.
