How to delete unread mail in gmail

There are a few ways to delete unread mail in Gmail:

Method 1: Using the "Select all" checkbox

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the "Inbox" tab to view your unread emails.
  3. Check the box next to the first unread email to select it.
  4. Hold down the Shift key and click on the last unread email to select all unread emails.
  5. Click on the "Bulk actions" dropdown menu at the top of the page and select "Mark as read" or "Delete forever".

Method 4: Using a keyboard shortcut
