How to delete windows live mail messages
To delete Windows Live Mail messages, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Delete messages from the Inbox
- Open Windows Live Mail.
- Click on the "Inbox" folder to view your messages.
- Select the messages you want to delete by checking the boxes next to them.
- Right-click on the selected messages and choose "Delete" from the context menu.
- Click "Yes" to confirm that you want to delete the messages.
Method 2: Delete messages from the Message List
- Open Windows Live Mail.
- Click on the "Message List" button in the top left corner of the window.
- Select the messages you want to delete by checking the boxes next to them.
- Click on the "Delete" button in the toolbar or press the "Delete" key on your keyboard.
- Click "Yes" to confirm that you want to delete the messages.
Method 3: Delete messages from the Reading Pane
- Open Windows Live Mail.
- Click on a message to open it in the Reading Pane.
- Click on the "Delete" button in the toolbar or press the "Delete" key on your keyboard.
- Click "Yes" to confirm that you want to delete the message.
Method 4: Delete all messages in a folder
- Open Windows Live Mail.
- Click on the folder you want to delete all messages from (e.g. Inbox, Sent Items, etc.).
