To add a Blind Carbon Copy (BCC) field in a merge mail in Outlook, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the "BCC" field in the Merge Mail wizard
- Open Outlook and go to the "Mail" tab in the ribbon.
- Click on "Merge Mail" in the "Actions" group.
- In the "Merge Mail" wizard, click on "Next" until you reach the "Recipient Information" page.
- In the "Recipient Information" page, click on the "Add" button next to the "BCC" field.
- Enter the email addresses you want to add as BCC recipients, separated by semicolons (;).
- Click "OK" to add the BCC recipients.
- Continue with the merge mail process as usual.
Method 2: Using the "BCC" field in the "To" field
- Open Outlook and go to the "Mail" tab in the ribbon.
- Click on "New Email" to create a new email message.

- After the last recipient's email address, add the BCC recipients' email addresses, separated by semicolons (;).
