How to download yahoo mail in gmail account

I think there may be a bit of confusion here!

You can't directly download Yahoo Mail into a Gmail account. Yahoo Mail and Gmail are two separate email services, and they are not compatible in the sense that you can't merge or download one into the other.

However, you can set up your Yahoo Mail account to forward emails to your Gmail account, or you can use a third-party email client or app to access both accounts simultaneously. Here are a few options:

Option 1: Forwarding emails from Yahoo Mail to Gmail

  1. Log in to your Yahoo Mail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon () and select "Settings."
  3. Scroll down to the "More Settings" section and click on "Forwarding."
  4. Click on "Add a forwarding address" and enter your Gmail address.
  5. Follow the prompts to verify your Gmail address.
  6. Set up the forwarding rules to forward emails from Yahoo Mail to Gmail.

Option 2: Using a third-party email client or app

  1. Install a third-party email client or app that supports both Yahoo Mail and Gmail, such as Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, or Airmail.
  2. Set up your Yahoo Mail account in the email client or app.
  3. Set up your Gmail account in the email client or app.
  4. You can then access both accounts simultaneously and manage your emails across both platforms.

Option 3: Using IMAP or POP3

  1. Log in to your Yahoo Mail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon () and select "Settings."
  3. Scroll down to the "More Settings" section and click on "Account Info."
  4. Look for the "IMAP" or "POP3" settings and note down the server settings.
  5. Set up your Gmail account to use IMAP or POP3 to access your Yahoo Mail account.

Please note that using IMAP or POP3 may require some technical setup and may not be recommended if you're not comfortable with configuring email settings.

I hope this helps clarify things!
