How to drag the mail in outlook 2016

To drag and drop emails in Outlook 2016, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open Outlook 2016 and navigate to the Inbox or any other folder that contains the emails you want to move.
  2. Select the email(s) you want to move by checking the box next to each email. You can also select multiple emails by holding down the Ctrl key while clicking on each email.
  3. Click and hold on one of the selected emails with your mouse or touchpad.
  4. Drag the email(s) to the desired folder or location. You can drag them to a folder in the same mailbox, or to a different mailbox or folder.
  5. Release the mouse button or touchpad when you reach the desired location.

Alternatively, you can also use the "Move" feature in Outlook 2016 to move emails. To do this:

  1. Select the email(s) you want to move.
  2. Right-click on one of the selected emails and select "Move" from the context menu.
  3. In the "Move" dialog box, select the desired folder or location from the list of options.
  4. Click "OK" to move the email(s) to the selected location.

Note: If you are using a touch-enabled device, you can also use the "Swipe" gesture to move emails. To do this:

  1. Select the email(s) you want to move.
  2. Swipe your finger from right to left across the screen to move the email(s) to the next folder or location.
