How to dump mail into folder in out look
To dump mail into a folder in Outlook, you can use the following methods:
Method 1: Drag and Drop
- Open Outlook and navigate to the folder where you want to dump the mail.
- Select the emails you want to move by checking the boxes next to them.
- Drag the selected emails to the folder you want to move them to.
- Release the mouse button to drop the emails into the folder.
Method 2: Right-Click and Move
- Open Outlook and navigate to the folder where you want to dump the mail.
- Select the emails you want to move by checking the boxes next to them.
- Right-click on one of the selected emails.
- Select "Move" from the context menu.
- Choose the folder you want to move the emails to from the "Move to Folder" dialog box.
- Click "OK" to move the emails.
Method 3: Using the "Move" Button

- Specify the sender or subject of the emails you want to move.

Note: You can also use the "Quick Steps" feature in Outlook to create a shortcut to move emails to a folder. To do this, go to the "Home" tab of the ribbon, click on the "Quick Steps" button, and then click on "Create New Quick Step".
