How to edit sent mail in office 365

Editing sent mail in Office 365 can be a bit tricky, but it's possible. Here are the steps:

Method 1: Using the "View all Outlook items" feature

  1. Log in to your Office 365 account and go to the Outlook web app.
  2. Click on the "Folders" tab and select "View all Outlook items" from the dropdown menu.
  3. This will open a new window that shows all your Outlook items, including sent emails.
  4. Use the search bar at the top to find the sent email you want to edit.
  5. Click on the email to open it, and then click on the "Edit" button (represented by a pencil icon) at the top of the email.
  6. Make your changes and click "Save" to update the email.

Method 2: Using the "Sent Items" folder

  1. Log in to your Office 365 account and go to the Outlook web app.
  2. Click on the "Inbox" tab and then click on the "Sent Items" folder.

Note: The ability to edit sent emails may be restricted by your organization's policies or IT administrator. Additionally, editing sent emails may not always be possible, especially if the email has already been delivered to the recipient's inbox.
