How to edit signature on mail app mac book
To edit your signature on the Mail app on a MacBook, follow these steps:
- Open the Mail app on your MacBook.
- Click on the "Mail" menu at the top of the screen and select "Preferences" (or use the keyboard shortcut Command + Comma).
- In the Preferences window, click on the "Signatures" tab.
- Click on the signature you want to edit in the list of signatures on the left side of the window.
- Click on the "Edit" button at the bottom of the window.
- In the "Edit Signature" window, you can type or paste your new signature.
- You can also use the formatting options at the top of the window to change the font, size, and color of your signature.
- Click "OK" to save your changes.
- Click "OK" again to close the Preferences window.
Alternatively, you can also edit your signature by following these steps:
- Open a new email message in the Mail app.
- Click on the "Signature" dropdown menu at the bottom of the message window.
- Select "Edit Signature" from the menu.
- In the "Edit Signature" window, type or paste your new signature.
- Use the formatting options at the top of the window to change the font, size, and color of your signature.
- Click "OK" to save your changes.
Note: If you have multiple email accounts set up in the Mail app, you may need to edit the signature for each account separately.
