How to find a specific mail in mail by date

There are a few ways to find a specific email in your inbox by date:

Method 1: Using the Search Bar

  1. Open your email client (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail).
  2. Click on the search bar at the top of the page.
  3. Type from:yourname (replace "yourname" with your email address) to search for emails sent to you.
  4. Add after:YYYY-MM-DD or before:YYYY-MM-DD to search for emails sent on or after/before a specific date. For example:
    • from:yourname after:2022-01-01 to find emails sent to you on or after January 1, 2022.
    • from:yourname before:2022-01-01 to find emails sent to you before January 1, 2022.
