How to find archived mail in g suite

In G Suite (formerly Google Apps), archived emails are moved to a separate folder called "All Mail" or "All Mails" (depending on the language setting). Here's how to find archived mail in G Suite:

Method 1: Using the Gmail Web Interface

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the "More" menu (three vertical dots) at the top right corner of the page.
  3. Select "All Mail" from the dropdown menu.
  4. This will take you to the "All Mail" folder, where you'll find all your archived emails.

Method 2: Using the Gmail Search Bar

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Type in:all in the search bar at the top of the page.
  3. Press Enter to execute the search.
  4. This will show you all emails, including archived ones, in your search results.

Method 3: Using Labels

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the "Labels" tab on the left sidebar.
  3. Look for the "Archived" label. If you don't see it, you can create a new label by clicking on "New label" and typing "Archived".
  4. Click on the "Archived" label to view all archived emails.

Method 4: Using the G Suite Admin Console

If you're an administrator, you can also find archived emails for all users in the G Suite Admin Console:

  1. Log in to the G Suite Admin Console.
  2. Go to the "Users" section.
  3. Click on the user whose archived emails you want to find.
  4. Click on the "Mail" tab.
  5. Look for the "Archived" folder in the user's mailbox.

Remember that archived emails are still stored in your Gmail account, but they're moved out of your primary inbox to make it easier to manage your email clutter.
