How to find mail header in outlook

In Outlook, you can find the mail header by following these steps:

Method 1: Using the "View" tab

  1. Open the email message you want to view the header for.
  2. Click on the "View" tab in the ribbon.
  3. Click on "View Settings" in the "Current View" group.
  4. In the "View Settings" dialog box, click on the "Other Settings" button.
  5. Scroll down to the "Headers" section and check the box next to "Show headers".
  6. Click "OK" to close the dialog box.

Method 2: Using the "Message" tab

  1. Open the email message you want to view the header for.
  2. Click on the "Message" tab in the ribbon.
  3. Click on "Properties" in the "Tags" group.
  4. In the "Message Properties" dialog box, click on the "Internet Headers" tab.
  5. The mail header will be displayed in the "Internet Headers" tab.

Method 3: Using the keyboard shortcut

  1. Open the email message you want to view the header for.
  2. Press the "Ctrl + Shift + R" keys on your keyboard.
  3. The mail header will be displayed in a new window.
