To forward a mail folder in Outlook, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Forward a single folder
- Open Outlook and navigate to the folder you want to forward.
- Right-click on the folder and select "Forward" from the context menu.
- In the "Forward" dialog box, select the folder you want to forward and click "OK".
- Enter the email address of the person you want to forward the folder to in the "To" field.
- You can also add a message to the forward by typing it in the "Subject" field.
- Click "Send" to forward the folder.
