How to forward a mail folder in outlook

To forward a mail folder in Outlook, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Forward a single folder

  1. Open Outlook and navigate to the folder you want to forward.
  2. Right-click on the folder and select "Forward" from the context menu.
  3. In the "Forward" dialog box, select the folder you want to forward and click "OK".
  4. Enter the email address of the person you want to forward the folder to in the "To" field.
  5. You can also add a message to the forward by typing it in the "Subject" field.
  6. Click "Send" to forward the folder.

Method 2: Forward a folder and its contents
