How to forward all mails in gmail
To forward all emails in Gmail, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Forward all emails to another Gmail account
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "See all settings."
- Go to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
- Click on "Create a new filter."
- In the "From" field, enter "me" (without quotes) to forward all emails from your account.
- Click "Create filter."
- In the "Apply the label" dropdown menu, select "Forward to" and enter the email address you want to forward emails to.
- Click "Create."
Method 2: Forward all emails to a non-Gmail account
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "See all settings."
- Go to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
- Click on "Create a new filter."
- In the "From" field, enter "me" (without quotes) to forward all emails from your account.
- Click "Create filter."
- In the "Apply the label" dropdown menu, select "Forward to" and enter the email address you want to forward emails to.
- In the "Forward to" field, select "Other" and enter the email address you want to forward emails to.
- Click "Create."
Note: When forwarding emails, you can also choose to keep a copy of the email in your Gmail account by checking the box next to "Also apply filter to matching conversations."
Tips:
- Make sure to enter the correct email address in the "Forward to" field.
- If you want to forward emails from a specific label or folder, you can select that label or folder in the "Apply the label" dropdown menu.
- If you want to forward emails from a specific sender or recipient, you can enter their email address in the "From" or "To" field.
- Forwarding all emails can be a security risk, as it may allow unauthorized access to your account. Make sure to use a secure email address and password for the account you're forwarding emails to.
