How to forward all mails in gmail

To forward all emails in Gmail, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Forward all emails to another Gmail account

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "See all settings."
  3. Go to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
  4. Click on "Create a new filter."
  5. In the "From" field, enter "me" (without quotes) to forward all emails from your account.
  6. Click "Create filter."
  7. In the "Apply the label" dropdown menu, select "Forward to" and enter the email address you want to forward emails to.
  8. Click "Create."

Method 2: Forward all emails to a non-Gmail account

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "See all settings."
  3. Go to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
  4. Click on "Create a new filter."
  5. In the "From" field, enter "me" (without quotes) to forward all emails from your account.
  6. Click "Create filter."
  7. In the "Apply the label" dropdown menu, select "Forward to" and enter the email address you want to forward emails to.
  8. In the "Forward to" field, select "Other" and enter the email address you want to forward emails to.

Note: When forwarding emails, you can also choose to keep a copy of the email in your Gmail account by checking the box next to "Also apply filter to matching conversations."
