How to forward attachments in apple mail

To forward attachments in Apple Mail, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open the email message containing the attachment you want to forward.
  2. Click on the "Forward" button in the top right corner of the screen, or use the keyboard shortcut Command (⌘) + Shift + F.
  3. In the "Forward" window, select the attachment(s) you want to forward by checking the box next to each attachment.
  4. Click on the "Forward" button to send the email with the attachment(s) to the recipient.

Alternatively, you can also forward attachments by:

  1. Selecting the attachment(s) in the email message and then clicking on the "Forward" button.
  2. Using the "Forward as Attachment" option:
    • Select the attachment(s) in the email message.
    • Right-click (or control-click) on the selected attachment(s) and select "Forward as Attachment" from the context menu.
    • Alternatively, you can also use the keyboard shortcut Command (⌘) + Shift + F and then select the "Forward as Attachment" option from the dropdown menu.

Note: If you want to forward multiple attachments, you can select them all by holding down the Command (⌘) key while clicking on each attachment.

Also, you can use the "Forward with Original Message" option to forward the original email message with the attachment(s) intact. To do this:

  1. Select the attachment(s) in the email message.
  2. Click on the "Forward" button.
  3. In the "Forward" window, select the "Forward with Original Message" option.
  4. Click on the "Forward" button to send the email with the attachment(s) and the original message to the recipient.
