How to forward attachments in apple mail
To forward attachments in Apple Mail, you can follow these steps:
- Open the email message containing the attachment you want to forward.
- Click on the "Forward" button in the top right corner of the screen, or use the keyboard shortcut Command (⌘) + Shift + F.
- In the "Forward" window, select the attachment(s) you want to forward by checking the box next to each attachment.
- Click on the "Forward" button to send the email with the attachment(s) to the recipient.
Alternatively, you can also forward attachments by:
- Selecting the attachment(s) in the email message and then clicking on the "Forward" button.
- Using the "Forward as Attachment" option:
- Select the attachment(s) in the email message.
- Right-click (or control-click) on the selected attachment(s) and select "Forward as Attachment" from the context menu.
- Alternatively, you can also use the keyboard shortcut Command (⌘) + Shift + F and then select the "Forward as Attachment" option from the dropdown menu.
Note: If you want to forward multiple attachments, you can select them all by holding down the Command (⌘) key while clicking on each attachment.
Also, you can use the "Forward with Original Message" option to forward the original email message with the attachment(s) intact. To do this:
- Select the attachment(s) in the email message.
- Click on the "Forward" button.
- In the "Forward" window, select the "Forward with Original Message" option.
- Click on the "Forward" button to send the email with the attachment(s) and the original message to the recipient.
