How to get archive mail in outlook 13
In Outlook 2013, you can access archived emails by following these steps:
- Open Outlook 2013 and navigate to the "Mail" folder.
- Click on the "Folder" tab in the ribbon at the top of the screen.
- Click on "Go to Folder" in the "Navigation" group.
- In the "Go to Folder" dialog box, select "Archived Items" from the list of folders.
- Click "OK" to open the "Archived Items" folder.
Alternatively, you can also use the keyboard shortcut "Ctrl + Shift + A" to quickly access the "Archived Items" folder.
Note: If you don't see the "Archived Items" folder, it's possible that you haven't enabled archiving in Outlook. To enable archiving, follow these steps:
- Open Outlook 2013 and navigate to the "File" tab.
- Click on "Options" in the left-hand menu.
- Click on "Advanced" in the "Outlook Options" dialog box.
- Scroll down to the "Archiving" section.
- Check the box next to "Automatically archive items older than [number] months".
- Set the number of months to archive items older than.
- Click "OK" to save your changes.
Once you've enabled archiving, Outlook will automatically move emails older than the specified number of months to the "Archived Items" folder.
