By default, the Mail and Calendar modules in Outlook are displayed in the top section of the application, with the Navigation Pane (also known as the Folder Pane) on the left and the Reading Pane on the right. 3. In the Outlook Options window, click on Layout.

  2. Click on View Settings.
  3. In the View Settings window, click on Layout.

  5. Select Bottom from the dropdown menu.
  6. Click OK to save the changes.

This will move the Mail and Calendar modules to the bottom of the Outlook window.

Method 3: Using the Ribbon

  1. Open Outlook and go to the View tab in the Ribbon.
  2. Click on the View Settings button in the View group.
  3. In the View Settings window, click on Layout.
  4. Under the Layout section, click on the Move button next to Mail and Calendar.

  6. Click OK to save the changes.

This will move the Mail and Calendar modules to the bottom of the Outlook window.

Note: The above methods may not work if you are using a customized Outlook layout or if you have specific add-ins installed that affect the layout.
