How to get mails in gmail individually

You can use filters in Gmail to forward individual emails to a specific email address. Here's how:

Method 1: Using Filters

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon () and select "See all settings."
  3. Go to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
  4. Click on "Create a new filter."
  5. In the "From" field, enter the email address of the sender you want to forward individual emails from.
  6. Click on "Create filter."
  7. In the "Apply the label" dropdown menu, select "Forward to" and enter the email address you want to forward the emails to.
  8. Click on "Create."

Method 2: Using Labels and Forwarding

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the email you want to forward individually.
  3. Click on the three vertical dots at the top right corner of the email.
  4. Select "Label" and create a new label (e.g., "Forward to [email address]").
  5. Click on the email again and click on the three vertical dots.
  6. Select "Forward" and enter the email address you want to forward the email to.
  7. In the "Subject" field, you can add a prefix or suffix to identify the forwarded email.
  8. Click on "Forward."

Method 3: Using Gmail's "Forwarding and POP" settings

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon () and select "See all settings."
  3. Go to the "Forwarding and POP" tab.
  4. Click on "Add a forwarding address."
  5. Enter the email address you want to forward individual emails to.
  6. Click on "Next."
  7. Click on "Add."
  8. Go back to the "Forwarding and POP" tab and click on "Forward a copy of incoming mail to."
  9. Select the email address you added in step 5.

Note: When using Method 3, all incoming emails will be forwarded to the specified email address, not just individual emails.
