How to get member passbook of epf by mail id
To obtain your EPF (Employee's Provident Fund) passbook through email, you need to follow these steps:
Method 1: Online Passbook
- Visit the EPFO (Employee's Provident Fund Organisation) website at www.epfo.gov.in.
- Click on "For Employees" and then "Online Passbook" from the drop-down menu.
- Enter your UAN (Universal Account Number) and password to log in.
- Click on "View Passbook" to access your EPF passbook.
- You can also opt for email notification to receive your passbook at your registered email ID.
Method 2: SMS Service
- Send an SMS to 7738299899 in the following format: EPFOHO UAN (your UAN number).
- You will receive a one-time password (OTP) on your registered mobile number.
- Enter the OTP and your UAN number to access your EPF passbook.
- You can also opt for email notification to receive your passbook at your registered email ID.
Method 3: EPFO Mobile App
- Download and install the EPFO mobile app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Register with your UAN and password to log in.
- Click on "Passbook" to access your EPF passbook.
- You can also opt for email notification to receive your passbook at your registered email ID.
Method 4: EPFO Portal
- Visit the EPFO portal at www.epfo.gov.in.
- Click on "For Employees" and then "Claim" from the drop-down menu.
- Select "Passbook" and enter your UAN and password to log in.
- Click on "View Passbook" to access your EPF passbook.
- You can also opt for email notification to receive your passbook at your registered email ID.
Important Notes:
- Make sure your UAN is activated and your mobile number is registered with EPFO.
- Your email ID should be registered with EPFO to receive the passbook.
