How to highlight in outlook mail

Method 1: Using the Font Color Tool
- Open the email message in Outlook.
- Select the text you want to highlight by clicking and dragging your mouse over it.

- Select a color from the palette or choose "More Colors" to select a custom color.
- The highlighted text will be displayed in the selected color.
