How to insert image in mail merge

Inserting an image in a mail merge document can be a bit tricky, but it's definitely possible. Here are the steps to follow:

Method 1: Using a linked image

  1. Insert a picture in your mail merge document by going to "Insert" > "Picture" or by dragging and dropping the image file into the document.
  2. Right-click on the image and select "Insert" > "Link" to link the image to the file.
  3. In the "Insert Picture" dialog box, select the "Link to file" option and choose the image file you want to use.
  4. In the "Link properties" dialog box, select the "Update link" option to update the link whenever the image file is updated.
