How to insert mail symbol in word

There are a few ways to insert the mail symbol (also known as the envelope symbol) in Microsoft Word:

Method 1: Using the Symbol Dialog Box

  1. Place your cursor where you want to insert the mail symbol.
  2. Go to the "Insert" tab in the ribbon.
  3. Click on the "Symbol" button in the "Symbols" group.
  4. In the "Symbol" dialog box, select "More Symbols" from the drop-down menu.
  5. In the "Symbol" dialog box, scroll down and select the mail symbol (U+2709) from the list.
