How to insert signature in apple mail
To insert a signature in Apple Mail on your Mac or iOS device, follow these steps:
On a Mac:
- Open Apple Mail and go to the "Mail" menu.
- Select "Preferences" from the dropdown menu.
- Click on the "Signatures" tab.
- Click the "+" button at the bottom left corner of the window to create a new signature.
- Type or paste your signature text into the text field.
- You can also add images, such as your logo or a photo, by clicking the "Image" button and selecting the file.
- Click "OK" to save the signature.
- To apply the signature to a new email, go to the "Write" window and click on the "Signature" dropdown menu at the bottom of the window. Select the signature you just created.
On an iOS device:
- Open the Mail app and go to the "Settings" icon (looks like a gear) in the top right corner.
- Tap on "Mail, Contacts, Calendars".
- Scroll down and tap on "Signature".

Tips:
- You can have multiple signatures and switch between them by going to the "Signature" dropdown menu.
