How to know my outlook mail received

There are several ways to know when you receive a new email in Outlook:

  1. Check your Inbox regularly: You can manually check your Inbox at regular intervals to see if you have any new emails.
  2. Use the "New Mail" notification: Outlook can notify you when you receive a new email. To enable this feature:
    • Go to File > Options > Mail > Notifications.
    • Check the box next to "Play a sound when new mail arrives".
    • Choose the sound you want to hear.
  3. Use the "New Mail" alert: Outlook can also display a notification on your screen when you receive a new email. To enable this feature:
    • Go to File > Options > Mail > Notifications.
    • Check the box next to "Show an alert window when new mail arrives".
  4. Use the "Flag for Follow-up" feature: You can flag an email to follow up on it later. When you receive a new email, you can flag it to remind yourself to respond or take action.
  5. Use the "Sweep" feature: Outlook allows you to set up a sweep to automatically move new emails from a specific sender or with a specific subject to a specific folder.
  6. Use third-party add-ins: There are many third-party add-ins available that can notify you when you receive a new email, such as Sanebox, Boomerang, or SaneBlackHole.
  7. Use Outlook's built-in "Rules" feature: You can set up rules to automatically move new emails to a specific folder or trigger an action when you receive a new email.
  8. Use Outlook's "Quick Steps" feature: You can set up quick steps to automate repetitive tasks, including moving new emails to a specific folder or triggering an action.
  9. Use Outlook's "Categories" feature: You can categorize new emails to help you quickly identify and prioritize them.
  10. Use a third-party email client: If you prefer to use a third-party email client, such as Microsoft Outlook on the web or a mobile app, you can set up notifications to alert you when you receive a new email.

By using one or more of these methods, you can stay informed about new emails in your Outlook account.
