How to know the delivery of e mail

There are several ways to know if an email has been delivered:

  1. Read Receipt: Some email providers, like Gmail, allow you to request a read receipt from the recipient. This means that when the recipient opens the email, you'll receive a notification that it's been read.
  2. Delivery Reports: Many email providers, including Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook, offer delivery reports. These reports show whether the email was delivered to the recipient's inbox, spam folder, or if it bounced back due to an invalid email address.
  3. Email Client Notifications: If you're using an email client like Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird, you may receive notifications when an email is delivered or bounced back.
  4. Tracking: Some email providers, like Gmail, offer tracking features that allow you to see when an email is opened, clicked, or bounced back.
  5. Bounce Notifications: If an email bounces back due to an invalid email address or other issues, you'll typically receive a notification from your email provider.
