To log out of Mail on a Mac, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Log out from the Mail app

  1. Open the Mail app on your Mac.
  2. Click on the "Mail" menu at the top of the screen.
  3. Select "Preferences" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click on the "Accounts" tab.
  5. Select the account you want to log out of from the list of accounts on the left side of the window.
  6. Click the "Edit" button next to the account.
  7. Click the "Sign Out" button at the bottom of the window.

Method 2: Log out from the Apple Menu

  1. Click on the Apple menu at the top of the screen.
