How to mail irctc e ticcket for cancelation

To cancel an IRCTC e-ticket, you need to follow these steps:

Method 1: Cancel through IRCTC Website

  1. Log in to your IRCTC account using your User ID and password.
  2. Click on "Cancel Ticket" under the "My Transactions" section.
  3. Enter your PNR number and click on "Cancel Ticket".
  4. Select the reason for cancellation and click on "Proceed".
