How to make a mail with regards in gmail

To add a "regards" or "best regards" at the end of an email in Gmail, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Using the Compose window

  1. Open Gmail and click on the "Compose" button to start a new email.
  2. Type your email content as usual.
  3. Click on the "Send" button.
  4. Before sending the email, click on the three vertical dots at the bottom right corner of the compose window.
  5. Select "Insert custom footer" from the dropdown menu.
  6. In the "Custom footer" window, type "Regards" or "Best regards" (or any other closing you prefer).
  7. Click "Save" to save your custom footer.
  8. The next time you compose an email, you'll see your custom footer at the bottom of the compose window.

Method 2: Using the Gmail settings

  1. Log in to your Gmail account and click on the gear icon in the upper right corner.
  2. Select "See all settings" from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click on the "General" tab.
  4. Scroll down to the "Signature" section.
  5. Click on the "Edit" button next to "Signature".
  6. Type "Regards" or "Best regards" (or any other closing you prefer) in the text box.
  7. Click "Save Changes" to save your changes.

Now, whenever you compose an email in Gmail, your custom footer will be automatically added at the end of the email.

Note: You can also add other information to your signature, such as your name, email address, phone number, or website. Just separate each line with a line break (press Enter) and format as needed.
