How to make email group email in mail pc

To create an email group in Microsoft Outlook on your PC, follow these steps:

Method 1: Create a new contact group

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook on your PC.
  2. Click on the "Contacts" button in the navigation pane.
  3. Click on the "New Contact Group" button in the "Home" tab.
  4. Enter a name for your group in the "Group name" field.
  5. Click on the "Add Members" button.
  6. Enter the email addresses of the people you want to add to the group, one per line.
  7. Click "OK" to add the members to the group.
  8. Click "Save & Close" to save the group.

Method 2: Create a new distribution list

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook on your PC.
  2. Click on the "File" menu and select "Open & Export" > "Import/Export".
  3. Select "Export to a file" and choose "Comma Separated Values (Windows)" as the file format.
  4. Select the contacts you want to add to the group and click "Export".
  5. Save the file to a location on your computer.
  6. Open the file in a text editor (such as Notepad) and add the email addresses of the people you want to add to the group, one per line.
  7. Save the file and close the text editor.
  8. Go back to Outlook and click on the "Contacts" button in the navigation pane.
  9. Click on the "New Contact Group" button in the "Home" tab.
  10. Enter a name for your group in the "Group name" field.
  11. Click on the "Add Members" button.
  12. Select "From Outlook Contacts" and then select the file you created in step 6.
  13. Click "OK" to add the members to the group.
  14. Click "Save & Close" to save the group.

Method 3: Create a new email group using the "To" field

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook on your PC.
  2. Compose a new email by clicking on the "New Email" button in the "Home" tab.
  3. In the "To" field, enter the email addresses of the people you want to add to the group, separated by semicolons (;).
  4. Enter a subject line and compose your email as usual.
  5. Click "Send" to send the email to the group.

Note: When you create an email group using Method 3, the group is not saved as a contact group in Outlook. Instead, the email addresses are stored in the "To" field of the email.
