How to mark a mail id in to spam

The eternal struggle against spam!

To mark an email address as spam, you can follow these steps:

Gmail (Google Mail)

  1. Open the email you want to mark as spam.
  2. Click on the three vertical dots at the top right corner of the email.
  3. Select "Mark as spam" from the dropdown menu.

Outlook

  1. Open the email you want to mark as spam.
  2. Click on the "Junk" button in the top toolbar.
  3. Select "Mark as Junk" from the dropdown menu.

Yahoo Mail

  1. Open the email you want to mark as spam.
  2. Click on the "Mark as spam" button at the top of the email.

Other email providers

For other email providers, such as AOL, Hotmail, or iCloud, the process may vary. You can usually find the "Mark as spam" or "Junk" button in the top toolbar or by right-clicking on the email and selecting an option from the context menu.

Additional tips
