How to mark all google mails as read

There are a few ways to mark all Google emails as read:

Method 1: Using the Gmail web interface

  1. Log in to your Gmail account on the web.
  2. Click on the "Inbox" tab.
  3. Click on the "Select all conversations in the current label" checkbox at the top left corner of the page.
  4. Click on the "Mark as read" button at the top of the page.

Method 2: Using the Gmail mobile app

  1. Open the Gmail app on your mobile device.
  2. Tap on the "Inbox" tab.
  3. Tap on the three vertical dots at the top right corner of the screen.
  4. Tap on "Select all" and then "Mark as read".

Method 3: Using a keyboard shortcut

  1. Log in to your Gmail account on the web.
  2. Press the "Ctrl + A" keys on your keyboard to select all emails in the inbox.
  3. Press the "Ctrl + Shift + R" keys on your keyboard to mark all selected emails as read.

Method 4: Using a browser extension

  1. Install the "Gmail Quick Actions" browser extension from the Chrome Web Store.
  2. Log in to your Gmail account on the web.
  3. Click on the extension icon in the top right corner of the browser.
  4. Click on "Mark all as read" from the dropdown menu.

Method 5: Using a script

  1. Log in to your Gmail account on the web.
  2. Click on the gear icon at the top right corner of the page and select "See all settings".
  3. Click on the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
  4. Click on the "Create a new filter" button.
  5. Enter the following script in the "From" field: label:inbox
  6. Click on the "Create" button.
  7. In the "Apply the label" dropdown menu, select "Mark as read".
  8. Click on the "Create" button again.

Note: The above methods will mark all emails in your inbox as read, including unread emails. If you want to mark only unread emails as read, you can use the "Mark as read" button in the "Unread" label instead.
