How to mark all mail as read ion gmail
There are a few ways to mark all emails as read in Gmail:
Method 1: Using the "Mark as read" button
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the "Inbox" tab to view all your unread emails.
- Click on the "Select all conversations in the current search results" checkbox at the top left corner of the page.
- Click on the "Mark as read" button at the top of the page.
Method 2: Using the keyboard shortcut
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Press the "Ctrl + A" keys on your keyboard to select all emails in the inbox.
- Press the "R" key on your keyboard to mark all selected emails as read.
Method 3: Using the Gmail search operator
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Type the following search query in the search bar:
is:unread
- Press Enter to execute the search.
- Click on the "Mark all as read" button at the top of the page.
Method 4: Using the Gmail Labs feature
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the gear icon at the top right corner of the page and select "See all settings".
- Scroll down to the "Labs" tab and enable the "Mark as read" feature.
- Click on the "Save Changes" button.
- Go back to your inbox and click on the "Select all conversations in the current search results" checkbox at the top left corner of the page.
- Click on the "Mark as read" button at the top of the page.
Note: The "Mark as read" feature is only available if you have the "Mark as read" lab enabled.
