How to mark important label in gmail for composed mail

In Gmail, you can mark an important label on a composed email by following these steps:

  1. Compose a new email or reply to an existing one.
  2. Click on the three vertical dots at the bottom of the compose window.
  3. Select "Labels" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click on the "New label" button.
  5. Enter a name for the label (e.g., "Important") and press Enter.
  6. The label will be created and applied to the email.
  7. To mark the email as important, click on the label you just created (e.g., "Important").
  8. The label will turn blue, indicating that the email is marked as important.

Note: You can also use the "Priority Inbox" feature in Gmail to automatically mark important emails as important. To enable Priority Inbox, go to Settings > Inbox > Priority Inbox.
