How to move a mail directly to labels in gmail
You can move a message directly to a label in Gmail using a few different methods. Here are a few:
Method 1: Using the Move to label button
- Open the email you want to move to a label.
- Click on the three vertical dots at the top right corner of the email.
- Select "Move to" from the dropdown menu.
- Choose the label you want to move the email to from the list of available labels.
- Click "Move" to move the email to the selected label.
Method 2: Using the keyboard shortcut
- Open the email you want to move to a label.
- Press the "m" key on your keyboard.
- Type the name of the label you want to move the email to, and press Enter.
Method 3: Using the Gmail search bar
- Open the Gmail search bar at the top of the page.
- Type the following syntax:
label:labelname
(replacelabelname
with the name of the label you want to move the email to). - Press Enter to search for emails with that label.
