How to move mails to archive in outlook

To move emails to the Archive folder in Outlook, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Using the "Move to" button

  1. Open Outlook and navigate to the folder containing the emails you want to archive.
  2. Select the emails you want to move to the Archive folder by checking the boxes next to them.
  3. Right-click on one of the selected emails and choose "Move to" from the context menu.
  4. In the "Move to" dialog box, select "Archive" from the list of folders.
  5. Click "OK" to move the emails to the Archive folder.
