How to move mails to archive in outlook
To move emails to the Archive folder in Outlook, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the "Move to" button
- Open Outlook and navigate to the folder containing the emails you want to archive.
- Select the emails you want to move to the Archive folder by checking the boxes next to them.
- Right-click on one of the selected emails and choose "Move to" from the context menu.
- In the "Move to" dialog box, select "Archive" from the list of folders.
- Click "OK" to move the emails to the Archive folder.
Method 2: Using the "Archive" button
