How to move mails to online archive in outlook

To move emails to an online archive in Outlook, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Using the "Move to" feature

  1. Open Outlook and navigate to the folder that contains the emails you want to move to the online archive.
  2. Select the emails you want to move by checking the boxes next to them.
  3. Right-click on one of the selected emails and choose "Move to" from the context menu.
