How to move storage folders in windows live mail

A blast from the past! Windows Live Mail is an older email client, but I'll do my best to help you with your question.

To move a storage folder in Windows Live Mail, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open Windows Live Mail and go to the "Folder List" view by clicking on the "Folder List" button in the top left corner of the window.
  2. Find the folder you want to move in the list and right-click on it.
  3. Select "Move" from the context menu.
  4. In the "Move Folder" dialog box, select the new location where you want to move the folder. You can choose a folder on your computer, a network location, or a cloud storage service like OneDrive or Google Drive.
  5. Click "Move" to move the folder to the new location.

Alternatively, you can also use the "Organize" menu to move a folder:

  1. Open Windows Live Mail and go to the "Folder List" view.
  2. Find the folder you want to move and right-click on it.
  3. Select "Organize" from the context menu.
  4. Select "Move" from the sub-menu.
  5. Follow the same steps as above to select the new location and move the folder.

Note that if you're moving a folder that contains emails, you'll be prompted to choose whether you want to move the emails to the new location or leave them in their original location.
