How to open a particular mail in gmail

There are several ways to open a specific email in Gmail:

  1. Search Bar: Type the subject, sender, or keywords from the email in the search bar at the top of the page. Press Enter to search for the email. The email should appear in the search results. Click on it to open.
  2. Filter: Create a filter for the email by clicking on the three vertical dots next to the email and selecting "Filter messages like this". Then, set up the filter to apply to future emails with the same subject, sender, or keywords.
  3. Label: Label the email by clicking on the three vertical dots next to the email and selecting "Apply label". Then, create a new label or use an existing one to categorize the email.
  4. Star: Star the email by clicking on the star icon next to the email. This will mark the email as important and make it easier to find later.
  5. Check the "Inbox" tab: If you have multiple labels or filters set up, you can check the "Inbox" tab to see if the email is there. If it's not in the inbox, it might be in a different label or folder.
  6. Use the "Find" feature: Click on the "Find" button at the top of the page and enter the subject, sender, or keywords from the email. Gmail will search for the email and display it in the results.
  7. Use the "Search operators": Use Gmail's search operators to search for the email. For example, you can use the "from:" operator to search for emails from a specific sender, or the "subject:" operator to search for emails with a specific subject.
