Thunderboard Mail is a feature in Oracle Access Manager (OAM) that allows you to view and manage email notifications related to OAM events, such as login attempts, password changes, and more.

To open Thunderboard Mail in OAM, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the OAM console as an administrator.
  2. Click on the "Thunderboard" tab in the top navigation menu.
  3. Click on the "Mail" sub-tab.
  4. You will be redirected to the Thunderboard Mail page, which displays a list of email notifications.
  5. You can filter the notifications by date range, event type, and other criteria using the options provided.
  6. Click on a notification to view its details, including the event description, timestamp, and any relevant attachments.
  7. You can also use the "Search" function to find specific notifications by keyword or phrase.

Alternatively, you can also access Thunderboard Mail by clicking on the "Notifications" tab in the OAM console and then clicking on the "Thunderboard Mail" link.

Note: Thunderboard Mail is only available in OAM 11g and later versions. In earlier versions of OAM, you may need to use a different method to view email notifications, such as checking the OAM log files or using a third-party email client.
