How to paste picture in mail body from excel

To paste a picture from Excel into the body of an email, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Using the "Insert Picture" button in Outlook

  1. Open your email client (e.g., Outlook) and compose a new email.
  2. Click on the "Insert" tab in the ribbon.
  3. Click on the "Picture" button in the "Illustrations" group.
  4. Navigate to the location where your Excel file is saved and select the picture you want to insert.
  5. Click "Insert" to insert the picture into the email body.

Method 2: Using the "Paste Special" option

  1. Open your Excel file and select the picture you want to paste into the email body.
