To pay Indiana state taxes by mail, you can follow these steps:
- Gather the necessary information:
- Your tax return (Form IT-40, IT-40P, or IT-41)
- Your payment voucher (Form IT-40V, IT-40PV, or IT-41V)
- A check or money order made payable to the "Indiana Department of Revenue"
- Your Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN)
- Complete the payment voucher:
