How to put default name and address in our mail

To set a default name and address in your email client, the steps may vary depending on the email client you're using. Here are some general steps for popular email clients:

Gmail

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon () in the upper right corner.
  3. Select "See all settings" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Scroll down to the "General" tab.
  5. Under "Default address," enter your name and address in the respective fields.
  6. Click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.

Outlook

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "File" menu.
