How to put default name and address in our mail
To set a default name and address in your email client, the steps may vary depending on the email client you're using. Here are some general steps for popular email clients:
Gmail
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the gear icon () in the upper right corner.
- Select "See all settings" from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll down to the "General" tab.
- Under "Default address," enter your name and address in the respective fields.
- Click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.
Outlook
- Open Outlook and go to the "File" menu.
- Click on "Options" and then select "Mail" from the left sidebar.
- Under "Compose messages," click on the "Default account" dropdown menu.
- Select the account you want to set as the default.
- Under "Default sender," enter your name and address in the respective fields.
- Click "OK" to save the changes.
