- Click on the text box to enter your signature.
- Use the formatting options (e.g., bold, italic, underline) to customize your signature as needed.
- Click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.
Method 2: Using a third-party add-on
- Install the "Signature" add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace (formerly G Suite Marketplace).
- Follow the installation instructions to set up the add-on.
- Once installed, click on the add-on icon () in your Gmail compose window.
- Enter your signature text and customize it as needed.
- Click "Save" to save your signature.
Tips:
- You can use plain text, HTML, or a combination of both in your signature.
- You can also add images, links, and other formatting elements to your signature.
- If you're using a third-party add-on, make sure to check the add-on's settings to ensure it's compatible with your Gmail account.
- If you have multiple email addresses associated with your Gmail account, you can set a different signature for each address.
That's it! Your signature should now be added to your Gmail account.
